Space Planning Services
Space planning involves the designing and arranging of space and objects, including adjacencies, traffic flow, etc. and providing functional and interesting placement of all pieces.

Material Selection Services
Selecting materials can be overwhelming, especially because we have so many choices. I try to divide and conquer one room at a time. I usually provide what I think is the best selection for the project, style, scale and budget. Then I usually add a few alternatives.

● Furnishing & Accessories
I work with my clients to customize their space. That may include new custom pieces, refurbishing pieces they already have and/or a combination. It almost always includes rearranging and including new items for a fresh look.
● Conceptual Drawings
Conceptual drawings are created after a plan is worked out and approved. I create a visual layout, detail drawings and elevations as needed.
● Custom Window Treatments
Window treatments can be anything that completes the style and needs of the project. It can be a simple roman shade, working or stationary draperies, custom panels, wood, faux blinds or shutters. All window treatments are designed for a complete custom finish for the space.
● Rugs & Flooring
Flooring can be many surfaces, or just one. Flooring can be wood, tile, LVT, stone, brick, concrete, carpet or other materials. My goal is to help you make the best choices and solutions for your space and needs. For example, rugs are a great way to define an area and also add color and unity. I love the beauty and durability of the hand-knotted rugs and appreciate the practical use of sisal and stain-resistant rugs too. It is all about the right application.
● Lighting Design
Good lighting design includes both the proper quantity of light and the right quality as well. There are science and art involved in a good lighting plan. Usually, there are layers of light to complete a space. I can help you with all of them.
